Certainly, you are able to schedule or cancel appointments in advance, and purchase sessions through our secure website whenever you wish. Venmo, checks, credit cards and cash are also accepted.

Are sessions available in-person or remotely?

Both.  We provide flexible care through face-to-face meetings (we may drive to you if in Orange County, California) or via video call to meet your lifestyle needs without compromising the depth of service for your health and wellness needs.
